- Wat Phra That Doi Suthep
Wat Phra That Doi Suthep is situated on a high hill with a view of the city. It is considered one of the most sacred temples in northern Thailand and is believed to have been founded by Kruba Srivichai. In the past, the path to the temple was quite narrow and steep. This temple is a beautiful example of northern Thai architecture. It is a 306-step climb up a staircase surrounded by nagas (mythical sea serpents) which are used by tourists and Thais as a place of worship for people in general.
- Wat Pha Lat
Set amidst lush green hills, away from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai's city streets, Wat Pla Thikan is unlike any other community temple in the city as it is a place where monks come to seek peace and meditation. With its ancient stone buildings, intricate carvings and sculptures, and many beautiful meditation spaces, it is easy to see why people call Wat Pla Thikan a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. Every traveler should visit and discover the truth.
- Bhuping Palace
King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great (5 December 1927 – 13 October 2016) was the ninth monarch of Thailand from the Chakri Dynasty. He was the 53rd monarch and the oldest monarch in Thai history. He reigned from 9 June 1946, as King Bhumibol Adulyadej until his death. He was the longest-reigning head of state in Thailand, Southeast Asia, and the rest of Asia. He is also the world's longest-serving head of state while still living. From the death of Emperor Hirohito of Japan in 1989 until his death in 2016, he was also the world's third-longest-serving monarch of all time, with a total reign of 70 years and 126 days.
- Hmong Doi Pui Village
The Hmong Doi Pui Community The migration route of the Hmong ancestors who founded Ban Doi Pui is divided into two routes: the first route is from China through Burma, which at that time was located in the Doi Khilek area near Doi Ang Khang, which is the current Thai-Burma border. Then, they gradually migrated through Pai District, Mae Hong Son Province, Mae Taeng District, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. Until the end of the 1930s, the Ban Pa Ka community was established in the middle of Doi Suthep-Pui. The current Doi Pui villagers who came along this route are the Yang and Wang families. According to Mr. Chonggua Hang, who is now 86 years old (2004), his family migrated from Doi Ang Khang when he was 2 years old. They stopped to make a living along the way for a few years before coming to establish a community in this area. When the Japanese War (World War II, 1942-45), the Hmong people had already settled here for many years. The second route migrated across the Mekong River to Doi Pha Mon and Doi Yao, and then crossed the Chiang Rai plains to settle at Doi Chang. Until finally settling down at Ban Doi Pui
