Overnight charges
for example if you needed a vechle for a two day 1 night trip to Chiang rai where one night will be spent in Chiang Rai a one night over night charge will be levied.
Rate outside Chiang Mai
For overnight stays outside of the city of origin, there will be an accommodation fee for the driver of THB 500 Per/night. You’ll pay this directly to the driver.
Driver will be an experienced passenger driver with local knowledge and appropriate training. You can expect a courteous and professional service. Your driver is not a guide, but he’ll be able to help out with smaller decisions during your trip.

What you expect
– Your driver with private air conditioning suv car / minibus will ensure you reach your destination efficiently and securely.
– All vehicles are modern and comfortable, with good air-conditioning and spacious seats.
– You’re free to eat, drink, and generally enjoy yourself in the car. But please help keep things tidy.
– You can change your plans and itinerary at any time. Just let your driver know.
– When booking, please provide accommodation details.
– Your personal transfer will be verified immediately and you will receive a travel voucher for easy and convenient driving!

Rental conditions with driver
– The number of passengers for Toyota Commuter Minibus must not exceed 9 persons per vehicle. Depending on the specific type of van. ( Maximum 9 pieces of luggage per van Assuming medium size bags, and depending on number of passengers. )
– The number of passengers for Suv or Sedan car must not exceed 4 persons per vehicle. Depending on the specific type of car. ( Maximum 4 pieces of luggage per car Assuming medium size bags, and depending on number of passengers.)
– The number of passengers for Coach (Bus) must not exceed 45 persons per vehicle.
– Hours of work of the driver working from 8.00 am – 5.30 pm. Daily fee includes up to 9 hours driver service
Beyond 9 hours per day, overtime is THB 200 Per/hour (pay direct to driver)
– If you need a receipt / tax invoice, notify the driver in advance.
– Time and place to pick up Must be at least 2 day in advance.
